Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By signing up for Prestige Ecosystem™ you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Earnings Disclaimer, and (for engine activations) the per-engine Service Agreement presented at activation time. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The platform

Prestige is a SaaS membership platform providing automated tools and educational resources. We are not a law firm and not a credit-repair organization under CROA. We provide document-generation engines and strategy frameworks that you execute. We do not act as your agent, file disputes on your behalf, or promise specific credit or income outcomes.

3. Membership tiers

Foundations ($99/mo), Core ($297/mo), VIP ($997/mo), Partner ($4,997/mo). Each tier unlocks a specified subset of the platform's engines. Tier-feature mapping is shown on /ascension and may evolve over time; we will not remove features you currently rely on without 30 days notice.

4. Trial + billing

  • $1 for the first 7 days; converts to your selected tier on Day 7 unless canceled.
  • Billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.
  • 7-day money-back guarantee on the first month after trial conversion.
  • A one-time $97 activation fee may apply at trial conversion; this is disclosed before charge.
  • Engine activation fees (when applicable) are one-time and non-refundable once engine processing begins, except as required by CROA (3-day cancellation period for credit engines).

5. Member conduct

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer the platform; (b) attempt to circumvent tier gates; (c) submit false or impersonating engine intake data; (d) use the platform for illegal purposes or to defraud third parties; (e) abuse chargebacks or refund flows.

6. Intellectual property

Prestige Ecosystem™, the Prestige Engines, and all proprietary document templates are owned by Citadel Management Holdings. Members receive a personal, non-transferable license to use engine outputs for their own affairs only. Reselling raw engine outputs to third parties is prohibited except where explicitly permitted by the Partner-tier Franchise Operations or White-Label Reseller engines.

7. Affiliate / Broker program

Members may opt into the Prestige Broker program to earn 15–40% recurring commissions on referrals. Self-referrals are prohibited. Commissions are held 30 days to allow clawback for canceled-by-referee accounts. Full terms in the Affiliate Agreement.

8. Disclaimers

Results vary by individual situation. Past member outcomes are not guarantees of your future results. Detailed earnings, legal, credit, health, and giveaway disclaimers are at /earnings-disclaimer.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Arbitration + governing law

Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration administered by AAA in the state of registration of Citadel Management Holdings. You waive class-action rights. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP claims.

11. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in chargeback abuse. Upon termination, your access stops immediately; data retention follows the Privacy Policy.
