§1The 7-day $1 trial
You're charged $1.00 today. On Day 7, you're charged the full Tier price (e.g., $19/mo Essentials). If you cancel anytime before the Day-7 charge, you pay only the initial $1. The $1 is not refundable.
Cancel at any time from Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Email support is not required for trial cancellation.
§2Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and cancellation stops future billing. The current month is not refunded; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Example: you're billed $297 on May 14. You cancel on May 20. You retain Core access through June 13. No partial-month refund.
§3Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions receive two months free versus monthly billing. Refund terms:
- Within 14 days of purchase — pro-rata refund for unused months;
- After 14 days — no refund. Cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the term;
- Renewals — the 14-day window applies to each renewal, not just the initial purchase.
§4Engine activation fees
If you have not activated an Engine you've purchased, you may request a refund within 30 days.
§5Broker tier fees
Broker Pro ($197) and Broker Elite ($497) one-time fees are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided no commissions have been earned at the upgraded tier. Once you earn even one commission at the upgraded tier, the fee is non-refundable.
§6The Holy Grail of the Ecosystem & bumps
The book ($27), Audiobook ($17), and Companion Workbook ($24) carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@prestigeecosystem.com with your order number. Physical hardcover does not need to be returned. Digital and audio licenses are revoked on refund.
§7Vault Store purchases
Vault Store purchases (precious metals coupons, hotel cards, third-party services redeemed through the Vault) follow the vendor's refund policy, which is displayed at checkout. Prestige facilitates the transaction but is not the merchant of record.
§8Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us, your Prestige account is automatically suspended pending resolution. Chargebacks initiated without a prior good-faith attempt to resolve the issue with Prestige support may result in permanent termination of your account.
§9How to request a refund
- Email support@prestigeecosystem.com with your order number and reason;
- We respond within 24 hours;
- Approved refunds are processed in 5–10 business days back to the original payment method;
- Stripe and bank processing time may add additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
§10Exceptions
Prestige reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to issue refunds outside this policy in cases of: documented Platform malfunction; billing error; clear material misrepresentation by a Prestige employee or authorized Broker; or where required by law in your jurisdiction.
