Electronic Signature & Records Consent.

§1What you're consenting to

By creating a Prestige account and continuing to use the Platform, you agree that:

• We may provide records, notices, disclosures, and agreements to you in electronic form;
• Your electronic signature — typed name, click-to-accept checkbox, or DocuSign-style signature — is legally binding on you;
• Electronic records are functionally equivalent to paper records for all legal purposes under the ESIGN Act and applicable state UETA equivalents.

§2Scope of consent

This consent applies to:

• Membership agreements and tier changes;
• Engine activation documents and authorization receipts;
• Trust document templates and binders generated through Engine #2 (Trust Governance);
• Broker program enrollment, W-9 collection, and payout authorizations;
• Arbitration filings prepared through Engine #11 (Debt Resolution / UCC §3-311 packets);
• Financial disclosures, billing receipts, tax documents (including Form 1099-NEC for brokers);
• Privacy policy updates, Terms of Service updates, and other legal notices.

§3Hardware & software requirements

To access electronic records on the Platform, you need:

• A computer or mobile device with a current operating system (Windows 10+, macOS 11+, iOS 15+, Android 10+);
• A modern web browser — Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, or Edge 90+;
• An active internet connection;
• An active email address that you check regularly;
• A PDF reader (for downloaded documents);
• Storage space sufficient to save records you wish to retain.

§4Right to withdraw consent

You may withdraw consent for electronic records at any time. To withdraw:

1. Email legal@prestigeecosystem.com with subject line "ESIGN Withdrawal";
2. Specify what types of records you want delivered in paper format going forward.

§5Requesting paper copies

You may request paper copies of any electronic record we've provided:

• Email legal@prestigeecosystem.com with subject "Paper Copy Request";
• Specify which record(s) and the address for delivery;
• Cost: $5 per record + postage, waived for legally required disclosures (initial Terms, Privacy Policy, billing receipts, 1099-NEC);
• Delivery within 14 business days via USPS first-class mail.

§6Updating your email

If your email address changes, update it in your account settings (Account → Profile → Email) or notify us at support@prestigeecosystem.com. We are not responsible for records sent to an outdated address you failed to update; missed records are presumed delivered on the date sent.

§7Affirmative consent confirmation

By checking the box during signup ("I agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Earnings Disclaimer, and ESIGN Consent") or by continued use of the Platform after the effective date of this document, you affirmatively consent to receive records electronically as described above.

This consent satisfies the disclosure requirements of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) as adopted in Alabama and other relevant jurisdictions.
